Who we are
Divine ICTP (Pty) Ltd (“Divine ICTP”, “we”, “us”) is a South African human capital consultancy. This notice explains how we process personal information in connection with website enquiries, under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
When you use our contact form or email us, we typically receive:
- Your name and organisation
- Email address and telephone number
- The content of your enquiry (role, mandate context, or other message details you choose to share)
We do not require special personal information for a general enquiry. Please do not submit sensitive employee or candidate data via the public form unless we have agreed a secure channel.
Why we process it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess fit for a potential mandate, and keep a professional record of correspondence. The lawful basis is typically your consent (by submitting the form or emailing us) and/or our legitimate interest in conducting business communications.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share enquiry details only with people inside Divine ICTP who need them to respond, or with service providers who host or transmit mail on our behalf (for example our email and web host), under appropriate confidentiality.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to complete the conversation and for a reasonable period thereafter for follow-up, audit, or legal purposes, then deleted or archived securely.
Your rights
Subject to POPIA, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect information in transit and at rest, including HTTPS on this site. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending passwords or identity documents through the public form.
